Product Introduction:
Our corn stalk silage, yellow storage, and dry stalk baler is a newly developed medium-sized fully automatic hydraulic baler designed
to meet current market demands. It is used for materials such as green corn stalks, wheat straw, napier grass, garlic sprouts, and
mushroom grass that have been processed by a straw cutter or silk extruder. Through the hydraulic system, the materials are
compressed, bagged, and packaged (using both woven and plastic bags) to achieve silage storage.
It also contributes to the comprehensive utilization of straw, rice straw, and other similar materials, supporting applications such
as straw power generation and green animal farming by facilitating transportation and storage. With features such as compact size,
light weight, portability, ease of operation, high efficiency, labor savings, and reduced transportation costs, it is an ideal machinery
for straw and forage storage and packaging.
Working Principle:
The main cylinder horizontally compacts the material → the side cylinder vertically compacts it → the packing pusher pushes the
bale into the packaging bag. All components then reset to begin the next working cycle. The entire process is seamless and can also
be switched to semi-automatic or manual mode. The full packaging process takes only 1 minute.
In comparison, vertical balers have lower per-unit packaging costs but lower efficiency, while horizontal straw balers require a higher
investment but improve efficiency by 10 times, deliver greater compression force, produce heavier bales, and can offset the drawbacks
of the equipment investment.
