The WS_W series metal chip briquetting machine is designed to cold-press various metal scraps, powders, or granular materials—
such as steel, cast iron chips, copper chips, aluminum chips, crushed materials, sponge iron, steel turnings, iron ore powder, silicon
powder, slag powder, and other non-ferrous metals—into cylindrical briquettes weighing 30–180 kg without any additives. It is
suitable for high-volume processing in enterprises generating large amounts of metal chips, including large foundries, wind power
component foundries, and copper/aluminum product manufacturers. The machine is equipped with a storage hopper and a conveyor.
The horizontal metal chip briquetting machine is primarily used in factories with high volumes of metal waste processing. Its
horizontal structure requires lower workshop ceiling height and effectively addresses difficulties in handling and feeding various
metal chips.
