Application scope
The comprehensive wood slicer is a new type of slicer produced by our company.The crawler-type wood crusher adopts high-strength cutting tools and power systems, and can handle large-diameter and high-hardness wood waste, such as roots, tree stumps, branches and large pieces of wood. The powerful crushing capacity of the equipment enables it to handle various types of wood waste, providing sufficient raw materials for biomass energy production, ensuring uniform crushing effect of materials, and meeting the needs of subsequent processing.
The wood crusher is mainly used to process wood of any diameter, wood harvesting and processing residues (such as branches, twigs, board peels, board strips, log cores, waste veneers, wood, etc.), and can also be used to cut raw materials without texture (such as sugarcane, reeds, bamboo, etc.). After being cut, the raw materials turn into small wood chips with a relatively large scale of waste, which can be used as raw materials for the papermaking industry such as particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and fiberboard, and can also be used as fuel. Its application scope is extensive, such as biomass power plants, wood processing, landscaping and forestry waste gas recovery, etc.
When the wood crusher is in operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the wood is evenly fed into the integrated crusher cavity. The high-speed rotating hammer heads strike, shear and tear the wood, crushing it. Meanwhile, the inherent gravitational force of the wood causes it to be pushed from the high-speed rotating hammer head onto the baffles and sieve rods inside the frame. There is a sieve plate at the bottom of the rotor. Particles smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed wood are discharged through the sieve plate, while those larger than the sieve hole size remain on the sieve plate and continue to be hammered and ground.
Working principle
The integrated chipper is provided with a vehicle body. At one end of the vehicle body, there is a rotary crushing device for crushing wood into wood. Above the rotary crushing device, there is a blade-type supply device. An actuator that extends from the lower part of the rotary crushing device along the traveling direction to the other end of the vehicle body for transporting the wood crushed by the rotary crushing device to the outside, a driving actuator set between the rotary crushing device and the actuator, a driving device for the driving source of the rotary crushing device, a vane-type feeding device and an actuator.
Performance features
The integrated chip machine is composed of a feeding device, a discharging device, a crushing device, etc. Among them, the crushing device includes a rotor main shaft, a rotor cutter head, flying knives, knife pins, filter screens, etc. The rotor cutter head is set and fixed on the rotor spindle with a gap, and multiple sets of flying knives are connected to the rotor cutter head through knife pins. Secondly, set a gap between the flying knife and the filter screen, and connect the discharge port below the filter screen. The feeding device is composed of an upper pressure roller and a lower pressure roller, forming a feeding channel. One end of the feeding channel with a larger opening faces the feeding port and is connected to the feeding device, while the other end is connected to the crushing device. The low-pressure idler is composed of parallel arranged feeding idlers and is connected to the feeding conveyor belt. The upper pressure roller consists of at least one feeding roller, which is installed on the upper pressure roller cover.
